By using Soultech AI services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our platforms, including AURA, Odin, or Janus.

• No reverse engineering or reselling without permission

3. Your Content

You own the content you create through AURA, Odin, or Janus—this includes voice notes, written entries, prompts, and creative outputs.
You grant us a limited license to use your content only to deliver, personalize, and improve the services you’ve opted into.
We do not sell your content or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Our Intellectual Property

Everything developed by Soultech AI—including the AURA voice engine, Odin’s creative algorithms, Janus modules, UI/UX, branding, and reflection logic—is our intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any Soultech technology or content without permission.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

While we design our tools to support emotional growth, creativity, and healing, Soultech AI does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice.
All services are provided “as is”—we make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free experience.
Use of AURA, Odin, or Janus is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Soultech AI is not responsible for any loss, injury, or emotional outcome resulting from use of our services.
We are also not liable for third-party service outages or API limitations.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
We’ll notify you within the app or by email if major changes occur.
